Orders and Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via bank card, bank transfer, and payment systems (Paysera, Revolut).
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mylimiausiasvaikas.lt
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, an invoice will be sent to your email along with the order confirmation.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-8 business days in Lithuania.
Do you ship to other countries?
Currently, we only ship within Lithuania. We plan to expand shipping to EU countries.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to return an unused item in its original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the item is defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
